Utopian Debate

Yes there should be laws in the utopian society. Even though it is an place for people to come an relax, people tend to over time seem to take things for granted. The laws shouldnt be that strict but in effect enought to keep some order. The order in which when things happen who will the people turn to? They will just run around like scared chickens. They will not be able to do anything. So in the utopian society it would kinda be like an tag-a-war. It will be when the people for an month honor the laws they will be able have an fun day when the laws are not effect.
