Hypothesis: The rod will shoot out but the cart won't move that much.
Trial 1- Cart move backwards the rod shoot out.
Trial 2- Cart move backward rod shoot out.
Trial 3- Cart move backward rod shoot out.
1. Rod went upward and the cart went backward.
2. External force for rod & cart.
3. No our hypothesis was not correct.
Materials- Rod Rubber band Halls Cart
Procedure:1. Find an open area on a smooth surface (preferably a table).
2. Attach one end of the rubber band to the hole in the front of the cart with a paper clip.
3. Pull the steel rod back in the rubber band(creating a "slingshot" effect) until there is good tension on the rubber band.
4. Hold the cart and the rubber band and the rod in place with one hand.
5. Release both the cart and the rod at the same time.
6. Repeat several times and record in your note book.

exeriment 6
Hypothesis- You would have to use more washers to make 200g move.
Washer 1= Cart did not move
Washer 2= Cart did not move
Washer 3= Cart did not move
Washer 4= Cart did not move
Washer 5= Cart did not move
Washer 6= Cart did not move
Washer 7= Cart moved towards the metal rod.200g took more force to make the cart accelerate.
Yes, the hypothesis was correct because the cart moved with 7 washers with 200g and the 100g cart started to accelerate with only 4.
Yes, the cart is proportional to the rate of mass,as stated in Newton's second law

experiment #5
Hypothesis- The cart would move faster when more washer are added.
Objective:how many washers will it take for the cart to reach the rod that is taped the table.
Materials:i meter long string, rod, tape, paper clips, washer, cart, 100g
Data:
1 washer: didnt move at all
2 washer: didnt move at all
3 washer: it move an little bit
4 wasger: move the cart to the rod.
When the washer was double:
8 washer: The acceralation increase greatly
when the washer triple:
washer 12: The cart nearly came over the rod
It took more force to accerate the car greatly
our hypothesis was correct
Yes the force required to accerate the cart is proportional to the rate of acceration as stated in newton's second law

Hypothesis
The force will be greater to maintain the initial speed of the cart.
Materials
Cart
100 gram
weight pulling scale
(1 Pull)-(Slow)=0.2
(2 Pull)-(Fast)=0.5
(3 Pull)-(Turning)=0.5.
Maintaining initial speed.
2.It takes more force turning and changing directions.
3. Yes

Experiment # 3
Hypothesis:We thought the car would stop when it hits the board and the mass will move jus alittle but not fall off.
1st TrailThe car stopped but the masss really didnt move.
2nd TrailMore Force to the car then the mass moved.
3rd TrailThe car stopped and the mass just moved just alittle.
4th TrailThe car stopped and the mass moved backwards.
What happens to the 100 g mass when the cart is acted upon by the external force of the ramp? The Mass will move but it depends on how far and how hard you push it.Was your hypothesis correct?Yes,the hypothesis was correct.Does the mass follow Newton's first law? No,the object remains at zero.I learned every time you push the object into the board there would never be the same results.Nothing went wrong in the experiment.

Experiment 2
Hypothesis: The force is greater when moving fast then the force moving at an constant speed.
Material used: string 8", hall's cart, 200 gram mass, spring scale,
Procedure: 1. Cut a piece of string about 8" long. Tie one end tot eh front of the hall's cart and tie a loop in the free end.
2. Put the 200 gram(g) mass in the hall's cart.
3. Push the cart back and forth on the table and think about the problem statement.
4. Zero the spring scale and attach the hoook on the spring scale to the string loop on the cart.
5. Tug on the spring scale several times to start the cart moving from rest.
6. Now jerk on the spring scale several times to start the cart moving from rest.
7. Finally, pull the cart across a table or floor at a constant speed several times. Then pull the cart at a faster speed.
8. Analyze your results
Data: Our data show us an lot of information. When pull at an constand speed, the speed was .05 but pull at an fater speed the speed was 1.0. So we tug each one at an different time and got different results but the range was from .5 to 1.0.
Conclusion: To keep an object moving it took more speed. Our hypothesis was correct and yes the experiment did use Newton's first law for body at rest.
Experiment 1
Hypothesis: The cart would move when the board was jerk but will still on the board after.
Material used: Woodern ramp
Ruler
Table
Hall's cart
Procedure: 1. Set the wooden ramp on a table with about 12" of the ramp extending over the edge of the table.
2. Place the Hall's cart pm the art of the ramp that is over the table. The cat at this point is in a state of rest.
3. Standing to one side, quickly jerk the ramp out from underneath the hall's cart. Try this 4-5 times.
4. Analyze your results.
Data: Trail 1: Cart came off but move anlittle bit.
Trail 2: Cart came off but didnt move as much.
Trail 3: Cart came off but didnt move as much.
Trail 4: Cart came off but didnt move as much.
Picture:

conclusion:
The cart came off, and hit the table. When it did that the cart move just an bit then came to rest. Our hypothesis was not correct but this experiment did follow Newton's first law for an body at rest.

Utopian Debate
Yes there should be laws in the utopian society. Even though it is an place for people to come an relax, people tend to over time seem to take things for granted. The laws shouldnt be that strict but in effect enought to keep some order. The order in which when things happen who will the people turn to? They will just run around like scared chickens. They will not be able to do anything. So in the utopian society it would kinda be like an tag-a-war. It will be when the people for an month honor the laws they will be able have an fun day when the laws are not effect.
5 Paragraph essay on a Utopian Society
Throughout life have you ever stop and stare at the clouds and just wonder what a utopian, or prefect, society would be? Have you ever wonder what it would look like? Have you ever though about ruling it? If so what stopping you?Although you have heard many stories or saying about the utopia society being hard or will never happen well it is wrong. The utopia society hasn’t change over time. It is still the same and will always be the same. To most people the utopia is a place where you can go and relax. Well it is true but it is also a place where you don’t have to think about anything else in the world and just calm down.People are continuing to pursue the concepts of a utopian society because of the way the world is today. Today’s world is full with bad people and violence. Now day’s people are getting sicker and the violence is so bad that you can not walk outside your door without fearing for your life. So with this saying it is very bad.Yes utopia is attainable. All you need is some people who are very open minded to things. Utopian will cost everyone, which I know this is hard, but it will cost everyone or people who wants to be in this society an peaceful mind and love for each other. Yes I know people cant love each other but they have to for the sake of the utopia society.Utopia an very easy place for all to be in. Whether you old or young you can still go to that place and feel at home.

Work for outline
MAIN IDEA:
A. A utopian society is an society that has nothing wrong with it.
1. No the concept of utopia changed over time and/or across cultures and societies. The reason is because people are looking for reason and ways to escape the the real world and have an place to call home sweet home.
2. There are mani ideas that should be honored in a utopian society
a. Academics:
1. Because when people get it easy people tend to get lazy and dont want to do anything,
b. kindness
2. Because when people are lazy and take it easy they tend to grow mean to other people
3. Pursue the concept of a utopian society
a. They are hoping for an world or atleast an place where people can escape to becuase the world here today so mess up
4. Competing notions of what a utopian society should look like lead to conflict
a. It will never will
5. Purpose and / or consequence of creating and/ or maintaining a dystopian society
a. The consequences is people doing thing becuase it is to peacefull
6. Utopia attainable/cost would it be worth attaining
a. It would cost atleast 500 dollars and yes utopia is attainable.
